We understand that building a home is a major financial commitment; therefore we consider customer satisfaction our primary goal.  Upon contract signing we provide our homeowners with a detailed selections guide that outlines the construction process and what decisions need to be made at each phase of construction.  Every Friday we will send on-line photos of your home to keep you visually updated on the progress that is being made.  As we near completion of the home we provide all homeowners with a detailed homeowners manual and warranty binder.  This keeps all of the details of the home from flooring and paint selections to appliance manuals all in one central place for quick and easy access.
